It with a heavy heart, that I bid farewell to the St. Leonard's community. St. Leonard's School is a truly special place. You are so blessed to have your children here amongst a team of talented Educators who work tirelessly to provide deep enriching learning experiences to your children. They uphold high standards for respect and work ethic and prepare them well for the challenges of the future. They care deeply and are always cheering your children on celebrating their successes and guiding them along the path. It has been a privilege to serve as your Vice Principal this past year. I thank our Parents for your support as we worked together this year to teach, guide and support the students. As I prepare to leave I look back at my memories and feel truly blessed to have worked with your children and the staff and parents at St. Leonards. I was deeply moved by many things  that I experienced this year; a dedicated staff,  the lively school spirit ( LEO the Lion), our fabulous school council, the many devoted parents giving up so much of their time to support St. Leonard's , and the generosity of the community and students pulling together to help those less fortunate.  I was so moved at all of our masses and at the Grade 6 Leaving ceremony as I realized the deep connection that is evident between the Parish, School, and Community. As another journey begins, I bring with me all of these great memories that I made at St. Leonard's and all the friends that I will never forget. Thank you for a great year!  Blessings to you all for a restful summer, and I hope we shall meet again someday.
